Cervical screening:

Reversing the trend

Cervical screening rates have been decreasing nationally – Resonant has been asked to help reverse the trend in Tower Hamlets

Resonant is delighted to have won the contract to increase the uptake of cervical cancer screening amongst women aged 25-35 in Tower Hamlets.

The Department of Health set cervical screening coverage targets at 80%, however the coverage rate in Tower Hamlets is 71.5%, compared to a 79.5% average.

NHS Tower Hamlets recently worked with Ipsos MORI to produce in-depth insight into local barriers to cervical screening, and Resonant is set to use this insight to create a groundbreaking intervention mix.

With a hugely diverse local population, a mix of highly targeted interventions will be the key to success.
