Tackling childhood obesity with NHS Bedfordshire

NHS Bedfordshire has appointed Resonant Media to run a pilot project testing how to make the national childhood obesity campaign Change4Life relevant and useful to local people.

The rising tide of obesity has become a critical national issue, with The Department of Health striving to reduce the proportion of overweight children to 2000 levels, by 2020.

“We need to get in early and build the foundations for living from a very early stage,” Sir Liam Donaldson, Chief medical officer for England.
