Helping GPs engage with patients in East London

NHS Newham and Tower
Hamlets continue their patient communications strategy with
a direct approach.

In a bid to improve communications
between GPs and patients, Resonant has
been working with NHS Newham and NHS Tower Hamlets to produce newsletters for
each GP practice in the two boroughs.

Now in their fourth edition the newsletters
cover key topics such as the best treatment
for seasonal ailments, practice-specific information and updates to policy that
patients really need to know.
