What’s everyone in Bedfordshire smiling about? Resonant campaign sees Bedfordshire residents embracing NHS Dentistry
A new campaign by Resonant has seen an unprecedented surge of calls to the NHS Bedfordshire dental line – up by 2000%. The PCT provides excellent dentistry on the NHS – for every resident and Resonant worked with NHS Bedfordshire to create a campaign that helped residents realise what NHS dentistry can do for them. The campaign used direct mail, official health information, interventions within the customer journey, interventions within GPs and pharmacies, outdoor media and online search tools. In the past month, more than 2,000 people have phoned the helpline, which provides information and directs residents to their nearest NHS dentist. A further 1,300 people have used the PCTs online postcode search – which also pinpoints the nearest NHS dentist. 28.08.09
