Unlocking the unique characteristics of a
diverse workforce

To help NHS Tower Hamlets GP practices attract high-calibre staff from the local community, Resonant Media gathered deep research into
the motivations, challenges and ambitions of this diverse workforce.

We found that:

  • Three-quarters of respondents were motivated by interesting and
    challenging work

  • 70% enjoyed working with their practice team to make a difference locally

  • Over 50% of staff who had moved from other boroughs felt that TH was a better
    or much better place to work.
We were able to give NHS Tower Hamlets useful insights into perceptions around benefits, challenges and barriers among a unique section of their workforce. From these findings, Resonant Media developed an engagement strategy, including a recruitment visual identity, to promote the unique employment opportunities available in Tower Hamlets
GP practices.
