The Out of Hours telephone service provides expert advice on the best place to get treatment. Resonant were commissioned by NHS East London and the City to raise its profile and communicate the benefits of the service, specifically to parents with young children. A cost saving impact of the campaign is expected through the reduction of inappropriate presentation at A&E and Walk in Centres.
