Weir Link Website - Community Mosaic

The Weir Link charity provides a wide range of health and social support services for local residents in South London.

Putting people at the heart of their website, we created an interactive photographic mosaic to give a flavour of the range of good work they do, as well as feature some of the people who benefit from their services.
