Description

Southwark Council launched a landmark pilot service to help the families of recently bereaved residents. The service helps families in times of need by contacting all of the public services they are registered with such as housing, electricity and gas to inform them of what has happened.

They needed to showcase this to other public sector organisations, and share the substantial real human benefit the service produced.

Resonant produced a moving, informative DVD featuring interviews with Southwark Council members including the Chief Executive Officer and real life stories of people who have been through the process.

Results: A moving and engaging DVD that was overwhelmingly well-received by other councils and residents who had been through the service.
